Dear Mark,

As you  know, we had a product issue  that required the urgent manufacturing of a new spacer part. This was a huge  commercial issue and needed to be addressed as quickly as possible. Because  of all of your  efforts we will be able to get parts to customers  when they need them.  These efforts  show our customers and our  dealers that Caterpillar cares about their business AND that we can react  quickly to a critical situation.
